Overview
Marco represents financial sponsors, their portfolio companies, investment funds and investors on a broad range of matters including private credit, structured private credit, leveraged financings, fund finance and M&A. Prior to joining Theseus, he was General Counsel at a European family office, practised at leading US law firms in London and held executive positions at various investment banks in London and New York.
